Delivery

We offer Next Day delivery, Standard Delivery (3-5 working days), and Saturday delivery.

• Next Day delivery service is for orders placed before 12pm on any working day and where that item is in stock and our couriers are able to fulfil that delivery. Orders placed for Next Day on a Friday after 12pm will normally be delivered on a Monday.
• Standard delivery is 3-5 working days for orders placed before 12pm where that item is in stock and our couriers are able to fulfil that delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered the following week normally Thursday or Friday or sooner if couriers permit.
• Saturday delivery, if selected will be possible for any order placed before 12pm Friday (for deliver the following day) and where the item is in stock and our couriers are able to fulfil that delivery.

For items not currently in stock, please allow up to a minimum of 7 working days depending on stock availability and whether we can source the item. We will advise on delivery as soon as we have information.

Customers in the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland are processed on a special delivery service for which there is a surcharge. Based on your delivery post code, the delivery options and costs will be displayed to you.

International shipping outside the EU is done so entirely at the customer’s risk. The customer is responsible for insuring their deliveries as required in the country / state of destination and/or passage. The Champagne Collection Limited cannot be held responsible should customs clearance refuse entry of your delivery. The Champagne Collection Limited is not liable to pay local state taxes and duties upon arrival in the customer’s country of delivery; this is the customer’s own responsibility. Any additional charges are the customer’s specific responsibility for which The Champagne Collection Limited is not liable at any stage. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Usually, after receipt of payment, delivery will take between 5 to 10 weekdays.

We cannot process orders to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.

We use a dedicated logistics partner who uses UK national couriers.

All goods are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If you receive goods damaged in transit, please refer to the appropriate section in our Terms and Conditions for Faulty of Damaged Goods.

Cases of 6 bottles are packaged using a specialist bottle packaging solution designed to keep all bottles within their own environment in the case and thus avoiding glass on glass contact. All bottles are held securely and unable to move. Please note your parcel will not show our company logo or name on the outer casing. This is for your benefit so that goods do not attract unwanted attention.

All deliveries will only be made if there is someone aged 18 years or over to sign for the goods. If our courier is unsure of this he/she has the right to withhold delivery and return the goods to ourselves.

Our couriers may also attempt delivery to a neighbouring property if there is no reply at the specified delivery address.
