Tasting Notes
On the Eye:
Pale yellow body with silver highlights, a sign of exceptional Chardonnays. Fine and persistent bubbles form a ring of foam.
On the Nose:
Fresh and subtle. The initial mineral aromas are overtaken by green and floral notes. Generous aromas of elderflower and spicy cinnamon lead you to the palate.
On the Palate:
Clean and very lively at first, a dominance of fresh citrus very noticeable. This is followed by much fuller rounder and softer flavours of white peaches, perhaps with syrup are plentiful. A great finish as you would expect. Lingering and full of flavour.
Food Pairing:
Great as an aperitif, or a with seafood dishes.
