Tasting Notes
On the Eye:
A pale yellow colour with delicate bubbles
On the Nose:
Yellow peaches and dried apricots give the ripe fruit notes of this wine, with white blossom as a compliment
On the Palate:
Very gentle and soft in the first attack, the slight sweetness being balanced with a freshness and richness from the syrup soaked fruit and raisins
Food Pairing:
Can be enjoyed with a meal or as an aperitif, but we think its a nice party champagne
