Golden yellow colour, strong and intense.

On the Nose:
A powerful, generous and elegant bouquet which develops over time, giving out hints of fruits with stones including peaches and Mirabelle plums.

On the Palate:
Quite powerful, full-bodied and generous with those same fruit hints. Slightly spicy finish. Not aggressive even though its full bodied, indeed the softness is one of its key attributes.

Food Pairing:
Générosité Noire is an ideal champagne to enjoy as an aperitif or with canapés.
