There is great depth, with a delicate smell of Japanese pear, with white and yellow flowers mixed with hawthorn.
On the Palate:
Expect an aroma of white peaches, with an excellent length and a good structured finish. Also you will pick up a strong apple flavour, often very rich.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with cheese, especially hard cheese. Also a perfect champagne with canapés.
