On the Eye:
Salmon pink with fine bubbles wrapped in copper robe.
On the Nose:
Red fruits abound, with aromas of red berries and sweet meats.
On the Palate:
The wine reveals itself as complex, with wild red fruits such as strawberries and redcurrants being the dominant flavours.
As with the nose and palate, the champagne is perfect with red fruit desserts, and for a main course, try with roast lamb.
