Tasting Notes
On the Eye:
Straw yellow with fine bubbles
On the Nose:
Floral notes are prominent, but with a sense of toasty aromas mixed in. The nose excites the pallet to go on and find more.
On the Palate:
Crispy and elagant, its full of ripe fruit dominated by citrus flavours. There is a maturity perhaps not expected which helps reduce any sharpness to deliver a more refined champagne.
Food Pairing:
We recommend canapes of white meats or seafood, and cheese of course!
