On the Eye:
A soft salmon pink with gentle fine bubbles.

On the Nose:
A fresh Rosé, you do pick up the sweetness but its not over bearing on the nose.

On the Palate:
A touch spicy at first which catches everyone out, then the finish is delightfully long with a sweetness, allowing the berries to shine through. Complex yet delightful,. A little drier than most expect.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with desserts and chocolates.
