On the Eye:
It is a wine which suggests a big attention all over the yellow dress straw and its bubbles of a big delicacy. Of a remarkable specific gravity, these bubbles form fine rosaries enlivening the inside of the glass performing an uninterrupted dance
On the Nose:
First lemon-flavoured with some nuances of bread of spices, this wine is characterized by a bouquet of a hamper of fruits, whites for the pear and the apple, in cores for the mirabelle plum and damson, and in pips for the grapes. The nose is light and trenchant with smells of bergamote oranges and of white flowers, of aromas of pastry, grilled bread accompanied with farm butter.
On the Palate:
In the mouth, it is silky, loving and lightly creamy. It is a wine which entices by its flavours of pie in the lemon, warm Viennese pastries. His texture wallpapers the palate in a harmony between sweet flavouring and balance of acidity. It is a whole, tough and refreshing wine with a nice lightness. A glass of this wine calls inevitably other one, then learn how to appreciate it in moderation.
