Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days for orders placed before 1.30pm where that item is in stock. Orders placed on a Friday after 1.30pm will be delivered the following week normally Thursday or Friday.
If possible, we will deliver sooner than the 3-5 working day window, this can be the next working day.
For items not currently in stock, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
We offer an additional Saturday delivery. Customers may select their preferred delivery terms at checkout.
Our standard delivery charge is £8.99 for all customers in England, Wales, and most areas in Scotland.
Customers in the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland are processed on a special delivery service for which there is a surcharge. Based on your delivery post code, the delivery options and costs will be displayed to you.
International shipping outside the EU is done so entirely at the customer’s risk. The customer is responsible for insuring their deliveries as required in the country / state of destination and/or passage. The Champagne Collection Limited cannot be held responsible should customs clearance refuse entry of your delivery. The Champagne Collection Limited is not liable to pay local state taxes and duties upon arrival in the customer’s country of delivery; this is the customer’s own responsibility. Any additional charges are the customer’s specific responsibility for which The Champagne Collection Limited is not liable at any stage. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Usually, after receipt of payment, delivery will take between 5 to 10 weekdays.
We cannot process orders to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.
All deliveries are made normally Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders received by 1.30pm Monday to Friday will be delivered 3-5 working days later. Orders placed after 1.30pm Monday to Friday will be processed the following day and the 3-5 day window begin the day after that.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday in England will be processed the next working day and delivered 3-5 days after.
We use a dedicated logistics partner who uses UK national couriers.
All goods are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If you receive goods damaged in transit, please refer to the appropriate section in our Terms and Conditions for Faulty of Damaged Goods.
Cases of 6 bottles are packaged using a specialist bottle packaging solution designed to keep all bottles within their own environment in the case and thus avoiding glass on glass contact. All bottles are held securely and unable to move. Please note your parcel will not show our company logo or name on the outer casing. This is for your benefit so that goods do not attract unwanted attention.

All deliveries will only be made if there is someone aged 18 years or over to sign for the goods. If our courier is unsure of this he/she has the right to withhold delivery and return the goods to ourselves.
Our couriers may also attempt delivery to a neighbouring property if there is no reply at the specified delivery address. Where this happens a calling card will be left at the stated delivery address confirming where the order has been delivered.
If our couriers are unable to complete delivery the order will be returned to the courier’s local depot. A calling card will be left by the courier company with their contact details to arrange re-delivery. Two separate attempts will be made to deliver the goods, after which they will be returned to the courier’s local depot for customer collection.
Orders will be returned to our Returns Department if they have not been collected from the courier’s local depot. Returned orders will be processed for a refund of the value of the product(s) ordered less the cost of returning the order.
