Gaudinat Boivin can point to a rich history and tradition in the art of wine making, with deeds and the family tree showing that the profession of winemakers is related to the family since at least the 18th century. Thus, the various branches that make up the family history all have a direct link with the business of the vine and wine. A very old wine tradition!
Since the 18th century, generations of the family have succeeded in producing beautiful wines. In the late 50's the first brand was established, known as Gaudinat Bierry. This contributed to the birth of Gaudinat Boivin in the 1970's through the union of two families, Gaudinat and Boivin.
Today, the brand is preserved and being developed by brothers David and Herve who retain the names of their two parents as the brand identity.
